Perhaps the most fun you can have with four (4) pieces of wood.

A brilliant Stewart Coffin design that combines elegance and apparent simplicity into something that is actually cunningly diabolical. Despite only being a 4 piece puzzle, few will get this one quickly.

The goal is to get all four pieces into the rectangular opening in the base. The puzzle kind of sucks you in as it seems you are always on the verge of solving it, but the solution remains elusive for much longer than you might expect.

It's a great one to leave out on a desk or coffee table as its very unintimidating and people will want to try it. It comes packaged unsolved, as shown in the photo. A written solution is included.

We have 2 sizes available. The small measures 5.5" x 3.3" x .6". The large measures about 9.9" x 6" x .6". The base on both sizes is made from 2 layers of floorboard. It is very strong and durable, scratch resistant and easily cleaned.

The pieces are made from 1/4" thick hardwoods and each piece will be from a different wood. The fit and finish of the pieces is excellent as they are precision laser cut with a smooth lacquer coating.
