HOW HARD IS IT TO INSTALL AND REMOVE THE MOUNT? CAN I USE IT WITH MY HARDTOP ON OR OFF?

The Refuge also includes an electrical access hole designed so that the compressor can be hard-wired into the vehicle's electrical system easily. The Refuge attaches to the Jeep utilizing the factory hardtop bolts, and requires no drilling or modification to the Jeep. The Refuge Mount takes just minutes to install and remove to allow for removal of the hard top.
