This beautiful cake knife is hand crafted from solid cherry wood with a beautiful warm grain and sanded to a polished finish. It's finished with a wood conditioner made from mineral oil and beeswax.

Made to last a lifetime when cared for properly. Please always hand wash and dry your wooden utensils. For best use, oil your wooden utensils on a regular basis to expel cooking oils and avoid cracking.
