A 50's wedding dress in ivory organdy, satin and lace. It has a basque waistline. The dress has a fitted satin bodice with sheer organdy above the bust to the jewel neckline. The satin beneath is off shoulder with a band of lace across the bust and around the back. The skirt is organdy with lace accents at the sides and cascading to a long lace accented train. the underskirt is satin. The train has a finger loop. It closes with back satin covered buttons from below the waistline to the neck. The three quarter sleeves are notched at the elbow and close with five buttons at the cuff. No label. The dress measures 32" around the bust, the waist is 27" and the length is 58". Very good condition (the lace at the bodice and organdy top need to either be professionally replaced or repaired as they are brittle and have small breaks - seen in the bottom six pictures in the last photo. The dress is clean but has faint discoloration at seams along the bust and along the button line - these are noticeable on close inspection and can be seen in the top picture in the last photo.
